Portland Burn Survivors Inc. has been granted the elusive 501c3 from the IRS and we are fundraising. We also love a get together; coffee or lunch, movies or dinner, week days or weekend's.

Fellow survivor Scott Krohn heads a monthy meeting at Legacy Emanuel Hospital called Skin Tight Survivors. Meeting the 3rd Thursday of every month, 6 to 8 pm - it's not in the burn unit - go to Legacy's main entrance at 2800 N. Gantenbein, Portland 97227

Oregon has only One burn unit for the entire state and very little burn survivor support outside of Legacy; this is why PBS was created; a not-4-profit dedicated to the happiness of burn survivors, their close friends and family. Burns take a long time to heal, everyone is affected.

The Pursuit of Happiness is in our constitution - that means everyone - even if you're injured. And it's fine if you aren't from Portland, that's just our address.
